Experience

I launched HawkInTheLens in 2023 with a simple mission: share the joy of birding with as many people as possible. Since then, I've produced over 100 videos blending field adventure, education, and visuals across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

That work has also pulled me deeper into the conservation side of things. I've now volunteered two years running with Tracy Aviary supporting breeding bird surveys, and I'm working to expand my video catalog to include conservation-focused content as that involvement grows.

In the field, I shoot with professional gear and hold a Part 107 drone certification, which lets me capture aerial footage for commercial use. Back at the desk, I edit everything myself in DaVinci Resolve.

I've partnered with birding and outdoor brands through sponsored videos, affiliate partnerships, and gear reviews, creating content that's both compelling and genuinely field-tested.
